When will my paper arrive?
| Stage | Time | What happens |
|---|
| Quote | Within one working day | You tell us the paper, size, colour count and quantity; the quote comes by email. |
|---|
| Proof | After you accept the quote | Your artwork is placed on the sheet at full scale and sent as a PDF. Edits are unlimited; the press waits for your approval. |
|---|
| Production | 4–6 working days after approval | Ink is mixed to your Pantone, the run is printed, then cut or slit and packed into labelled cartons. |
|---|
| Dispatch | The day production ends | Cartons are collected by the courier and a tracking link is emailed to you. |
|---|
| Delivery | 2–3 working days, free and tracked | The cartons reach your UK mainland address. Check them and report any damage within 10 days. |

How your paper is packed
Cut sheets travel in wrapped reams, stacked flat in a corrugated carton so the edges stay straight and the printed face is not rubbed. Rolls get end caps and a box of their own, or go shrink-wrapped on a pallet when the count is large.
Each carton label shows the paper, the size in millimetres, the count and your order number. On a multi-carton order the label tells you which box is missing if one goes astray.
Pre-formed liners and bags are nested in sleeves inside the carton. Store cartons off a damp floor; moisture turns wax paper cloudy and makes reams stick.
Tracking your delivery
A tracking link goes out by email on the day of dispatch and updates at every scan, so you can see when to expect the driver and have someone ready to sign.
Deliveries go to UK mainland postal addresses only; a PO Box cannot take a carton. If the address needs a tail lift or has restricted access, say so on the quote form and we book the right service.
If the tracking stalls, or says delivered when nothing has arrived, send us the order number and we chase it with the courier. The phone, email and WhatsApp details are on the contact page.
If a carton arrives damaged
Open the cartons on the day they land. Photograph the outer box, the label and the damaged paper before anything is thrown away.
Send the photos with your order number within 10 days of delivery. The affected cartons are reprinted, or refunded in pounds sterling; the paper only needs to come back if we ask.
The reprints and refunds policy lists what is covered and the five steps to report it.
