Each paper has four typical sizes. Sheets are width by height in millimetres (300 × 400 mm is roughly 12 × 16 in). Rolls are width in millimetres by length in metres. Liners are named by the tin they drop into.
The sizes run small to large. The usual pick is the one most buyers of that paper settle on, not a rule: a double burger wants more than a slider does.
None of these are limits. Anything between or beyond is a custom cut. The sheet sizes by food guide pairs each size with a menu item.
For a wrap, take the widest measurement of the item and multiply by three for a full wrap with the ends folded under. A 100 mm sandwich sits well in a 300 × 300 mm sheet.
For a basket liner, measure inside the basket at the rim and add 25 to 50 mm each side for the overhang.
For a tin or tray liner, measure across the top and note the depth. For an awkward shape, a photo with a tape measure in it tells us most of what we need.
Already using a sheet you like? Lay it flat, measure edge to edge, and send both figures to the nearest 5 mm.
A size that is not on the chart is cut to order and quoted the same way. Put the exact width and height in the notes on the quote form and say whether it must be exact.
Rolls are quoted by width and length. Typical widths run from 300 to 600 mm (300, 375, 450, 600); anything else is slit to order. Work out the length you need from the pull per item.
Pre-formed liners and bags come in the sizes listed; other shapes are quoted as flat sheets. Every paper and its sizes sit on the all papers page.

Yes, every sheet size is width by height in millimetres, and rolls are width in millimetres by length in metres.
The first one. A 450 mm × 300 m roll is 450 mm across the core and 300 metres long.
Lay it flat and measure both edges with a tape. Round to the nearest 5 mm and send us both figures.
No, it shows the four typical sizes per paper. Any other size is a custom cut, quoted the same way.
Yes, a small tolerance applies, as with any paper. Tell us if a dimension must be exact, for instance a liner that drops into a tin.
Roughly three times the width of the item for a full wrap with a fold underneath.
Roughly three times the width of the item for a full wrap with a fold underneath. A 100 mm burger wraps comfortably in a 300 × 300 mm sheet.
Yes, as a custom cut. Write the exact dimensions in the notes on the quote request form.
The tin. A 2 lb liner is pre-formed to fit a 2 lb loaf tin, with pleated walls that stand up the sides.
Divide the length by the pull per item. A 200 m roll at a 300 mm pull gives about 660 wraps.
