10 questions

How quickly will my quote arrive?

Inside one working day, by email, and often the same afternoon.

What should I put in the quote request?

Paper, size in millimetres, number of ink colours and quantity.

Can I request a quote before my logo is finished?

Yes. Tell us roughly what the print will be, one colour or two, a corner mark or a repeat, and we price on that.

Am I committed to anything by asking for a quote?

No. The quote is an offer in writing and sits there until you reply.

Can one quote show two or three quantities?

Yes, name the quantities you are weighing up and each gets its own line.

Is there a quantity below which you will not quote?

Yes: one roll, or 1,000 sheets, per design. Under that the plate and make-ready cost more than the paper, so a smaller run would be poor value.

How long is a quote valid for?

It carries a date and holds for the period shown on it. Paper prices shift, so an expired quote gets fresh figures rather than a guess.

What happens once I accept a quote?

We ask for your artwork and draw the free proof: your logo at true size on the chosen sheet, as a PDF.

Can I change the quantity after the quote has been sent?

Yes, any time before the proof is approved. Give us the new figure and a corrected quote goes out in writing so the invoice matches it.

How do I accept the quote when it arrives?

Reply to the email it came in. A named person on the quoting team sent it as a PDF, and your reply to them opens the proof stage.
